Privacy Policy - For Our Gaming Apps

GENERAL - PRIVACY POLICY

• Any of our gaming apps do not store any data in our server in any forms. 
• Our games just need the internet connection.
• We do not collect any kind of data from the users without their permission.
• We do not use or copy any audio, picture or video in our game which are other’s intellectual property. 

KIDS - PRIVACY POLICY

Our gaming apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from kids from the apps/games that are specifically built for children.

• Neither we collect any personal information from our kids game nor any SDKs implemented within the game.
• We also prohibit kids from actively and directly providing us with any personal information or leaving the app (when clicked on ads) without parental consent.
• We do not show any ads that are not suitable for kids. The ads in our kids games are rated G (as per AdMob) - G: "General audiences." Content suitable for all audiences, including families and children.
• If you are a legal guardian of a Kid and believe your child has provided us with any personal information, please contact us at twitchtimetechgames@gmail.com and we will delete such information from our servers.

Cocos2d-x, one of the game engine we use, implements an interface on Android to request a device's Android Device ID and the Advertising ID. We don't use these interfaces in our games, and have confirmed through various tests.

DATA DELETION

Users have a right to request the information on the personal data that we have collected, require amendments and deletion of the data. As the usernames are not real, in order for Twitchtime Tech to identify users, the following procedure is applicable:

•  User willing to edit/remove the data that we have collected, must send us a letter to email twitchtimetechgames@gmail.com.
•  After user submits the aforementioned request, user will receive a detailed instructions from us or for any further information needed (as per the request).
•  The request will be processed within the timeframe decided by Twitchtime Tech during business days.
